Stay away from this vendor, Joey's Market, they are not helpful at all. When we selected bread, we revealed our Senior Citizen's QR code for payment, & the lady attendant became obnoxious & rude citing the QR was only good for produce. So we paid cash for the bread. Upon going to one of the produce vendors they politely explained that we need to present the QR code for tokens issued by the Ramsey Farmer's Market at the tent that is directly across from Joey's Market . A portion of these tokens depending on color are to be taken by all the vendors including Joey's Market. We explained our experience to the manager of Joey's Market & he offered no remedy at all. Not even his 2 for 1 announcement just 10 minutes after our purchase or to provide us with the cash in exchange for the proper colored token. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR, THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER...
Read moreUsed to be better with more organic options. Fish guy is terrific A couple of the farm stands are organic No organic dried fruits or nuts (except dried mangos and apricots). People go to farmers markets for fresh, local, and organic. Why would the dried fruit/nut stand not have organic. Silly. Bread selection is amazing. Homemade Chilli is a must. Pure handmade chocolate is a must by. Mushroom stand is unique and wonderfully fresh. Good live music.
My only real negative for this market is that they should strive to attract more organic stands. If they are local and DO NOT use pesticides, then stands should make this known with signs. Otherwise, some stands not having organic or local non chemical veggies, nuts, dried fruits is disappointing. For me, stands without these options should be banned as it defeats the purpose of the...

I was actually really excited to show my family around this farmers market because I remember it used to have a lot more vendors and usually there would be some sort of live music entertainment. It was literally nothing of the sort. I wonder what happened? Anyways it does have a little bit of everything you might need produce, bread, fresh fish, take home premade meals, fresh honey, and a few places for a bite to eat, cold drinks like iced teas, lemonades and coffee, they also have an ice cream spot! BTW the guac spot is definitely worth stopping at, the guac is so delicious and fresh and authentic (i would know I'm mexican). Just go and ask for a sample and you'll know I'm...
