Harbor Freight — Local services in Rancho Cordova

On 07/24/2021, I planned to purchase a motorcycle lift. During my browsing, I was told by a sales rep that he has the pittsburgh motorcycle/atv lift that he's been using for more than 7 or 10 years with no issue. I decided on buying that same model which I used immediately to change my bike's oil then a week later to change my tire. The lift was stored since my 2 uses and was taken out last week. Surprise surprise, it doesn't lift up anymore. I was surprised since it was only used twice and much less than the 7 or 10 years I was told. I then called the store and was told sorry no can do. All I could do was laugh and be glad for having an accommodating store with excellent service and guaranteed product...

Harbor Freight is a tough store to rate. They have some high-quality tools like the icon brand. I am a diy'er and I don't need the professional quality. Their lower end stuff is just that cheap and low quality.

For some tools, I am ok with buying the cheap stuff. If I use it a lot and it breaks, I buy a higher quality tool. Harbor Freight is good for the cheap tools.

Having said what I said, there are some gems at Harbor Freight. I have a grinder I bought for 10 bucks and I have abused that thing, and it is still working. This is the new Harbor Freight location in Rancho Cordova. It's in the old fabric store location behind the Tugboat Fish and Chips. I went there to buy kn95 masks. I spoke to the manager and he said that there has been a run on the kn95 masks. They were out of stock for both the White and the black masks. Of course they were having the same Supply line problems that all other stores were having due to the covid pandemic emergency. You should note that they had ample supplies of other usual Harbor Freight Tools, gloves, mechanical and diagnostic Electronics. Check their website. Shop their website.
