Bagel Cafe | Rancho Cordova Town Center — Restaurant in Rancho Cordova

04/2024 Visited on a weekday during lunch hours. Not super busy. I ordered the Egg, Sausage, and Cheese on a Jalapeno Cheddar bagel. Costed a little over $7.

The sausage patty was small, but the sandwich had a lot of egg in it. The cheese melted nicely, which helped combine all the ingredients together. The bagel was also toasted, so it was both fluffy and slightly crispy.

The atmosphere is so-so. The bathroom has seen better days. They could do a better job of cleaning the tables after customers leave as well. The furniture they use in the cafe looks like something you would find at your grandma's house (which isn't necessarily a bad thing).

For the price, I'd say it was pretty good. But generally speaking, the sandwich was just okay.

Would I come again if I was craving an affordable bagel sandwich? Sure. Will I come back often? Probably not.

Was pissed off. Went to this place a few months ago. Got the supreme sandwich and it was delicious. I went back after a while ordered the exact same thing. They completely messed up my sandwich put cheddar instead of American cheese, didn’t add any pickles. Some employees say that the chips are free with the sandwich but when I went today they weren’t. No Peppers like I asked MADE THE SANDWICH COMPLETLEY WRONG. I went back to at least ask for pickles they only put three pickle on there. Horrible service. If you’re going to come here advocate for yourself and make sure that they don’t get the order wrong. There was also a time where they literally gave me the wrong...

Very disappointing experience today. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich, which I've ordered a half dozen times before. Got it home and it had almost no chicken salad on it. Returned to the store and spoke with the owner who claimed this has always been the portion size and if I want more, I need to ask for extra so they can charge extra.

Pretty perturbed by the lack of care in preparing my food, but wholly let down by the owner's lack of accountability.

I really loved supporting this little restaurant, but I'm really torn now. Am I really going to spend $9 on an inconsistent sandwich? Especially when the guy who runs the place doesn't seem to realize or just...
