I like having a small local sports store. They have a wide selection of items. I like how they have some high-quality items but also offer budget friendly items. After all sometimes you're just looking for an item to fill a limited need and you don't want to spend a lot.

Their employees can be hit or miss, there are some really good ones who are helpful and knowledgeable. Others will completely ignore you.

Recently I purchased two kayaks. Spent $1200 on the kayaks and other supplies. There were 4 or 5 employees standing around the register. They completely ignored me as I was trying to get the kayaks outside. I was trying to be careful and not knock the kayaks into their merchandise and the aisles were quite narrow. Trying to get the kayaks out the door was challenging. Another customer who had left just before me got out of their car and held the door for me, thanks buddy. Meanwhile the employees didn't even look at me.

The kayak struggle was a bit of a strange situation, but I have had other similar incidents. Then I stopped in the other day, and an employee approached me and was very helpful and knowledgeable about...

Extremely rude!!! They have no idea what products they have!! Im looking for a 20 inch inter tube at first she started that they didn’t have any then when i told her that i saw them in store the lady kept on giving me the information for the 29 inch and because she had no idea what she was answering and was talking to another employee at the same time. she started claiming that i was cursing at her “which is a total lie” i called back and a gentlemen answered claiming that he was the manager and immediately hung up on me when i asked for the inter tube! I called back multiple times and they kept answering and hanging up as you can hear them laughing in the background its sad how bad this store has gone down in customer service lately I’ve been coming to this store since it opened and lately they people that run it and work there...

The store opened at 9. We got there at 8:53. Our son forgot his cleats at home 30 minutes away and needed to be to the field near the store by 9:00. At 8:53 the manager let an employee in. We explained our situation and asked if we could get in a little early he said, no, 9:00. Then proceeded to laugh and chat with the employee right in front of the glass doors until 9. Then he casually walked over and started messing with the windows! We are right outside! He should have let us in at 9:00 but he literally was taunting us. Horrible...
