This casino is a huge disappointment, especially if you're serious about playing baccarat. Most of the baccarat tables are closed, even during busy hours, which makes no sense. And when a table is finally open, it’s a nightmare. The dealers are completely unprofessional—they constantly talk to each other, joke around, and show no respect to players. If you don’t tip them every single hand, they’ll ignore you, give you attitude, or stop listening to you altogether. I've even seen them move players' bets to the bonus without permission, just so they can get tips if it hits. That’s flat-out shady behavior. There are also too many people who don’t play and just hang around the tables causing distractions. It’s loud, annoying, and far from a professional gaming environment. Most of the time I go home upset—not because of losing, but because of how they make me mad to lose. The disrespect, the manipulation, and the chaos ruin the entire experience.

This place was a JOKE! Went there for lunch, the ghetto bartender, "Jasmin G" was SO INATTENTIVE AND CLUELESS! She was more concerned about flipping around her witch looking hair around (which is a health code violation, not being tied up) than focus on customers needs! We waited 15 minutes to catch her oblivious attention to order food after sipping on the watered down drinks. Food came, a salad and sliders. We immediately smelled wet dog, my fiancé took a bite of a slider and almost gagged, it tasted like dogfood! The ranch on the salad tasted expired or spoiled. We tried another cocktail & took a sip and pushed it all forward and asked for our bill. The bartender had a gazed look only looking forward like rain man, NOT A CLUE we didn’t eat our food or drink the cocktails! A smart person would be aware of EVERY customer she’s responsible for, but instead we paid an almost $90 bill! I’ve been a restaurant GM for years and honestly have NEVER stiffed a service worker IN MY LIFE, but this was the first and it was well deserved! There’s a reason the only few patrons there were misfits! This place is GARBAGE and FILTHY! Wish there a NO STAR option!...

Here for work and were looking for a casino in the area with slots. Google said this place has slots, but we were later informed it didn't because it wasn't on a res (bummer). They had Blackjack, texas holdem, and a game called pai gow (spelling?) tables. We decided to eat first at the restaurant. I ordered the crabcake tower. The presentation was beautiful, and I'm guessing that made up for the taste 😫. It tasted like I was eating a chunk of salt, after 2 bites I couldn't eat it anymore, way too salty. I don't like to send food back at restaurants because I don't trust it when it comes back, so I got a box and threw it away when we got back to the hotel. Very disappointing because I was starving, but we left after playing some tables and went and got food elsewhere. Fiance got the pepperoni pizza and said it was pretty decent.
