Teddy Boba — Restaurant in Rancho Cordova

My daughter and I went here last week and we both ordered a drink. The guy who rang us up brought us 3 drinks instead of just the 2 we ordered. I told him I only ordered 2 drinks. He insisted I ordered 3 drinks but I told him I definitely did not and don't want the third drink. I asked for a refund on the 3rd drink or a gift card for a drink to use next time. He said okay and started to walk away, then quickly came back and said "you can keep this one" and handed me back the 3rd drink, then went back to refund the drink. Since he told us we could have the 3rd drink we opened it to taste it before we tossed it. He never came back to the table with a refund so before we left I went back to the register to ask about it. This time a young girl was at the register who acted as if she was the manager. I told her the situation and she because argumentative and asked me if I opened the 3rd drink. I told her I did ONLY AFTER the employee said we could keep it, but we threw it away because we didn't want 3 drinks. She then argued that she would not refund us because we opened it. This went back and fourth for several minutes until I asked her for the owners information. After getting the owner on the phone they did eventually refund the drink but it was a long and uncomfortable process. We used to go here twice a week and tipped 22% on every order. I love this place but let’s say they really grossed me out with a hair in my favorite drink. Not to mention the customer service when I brought the drink back to get it remade and possibly get a free one on a stamp card for having to drive all the way back while still being understanding about a damn hair in my drink (I should have came in yelling I was too calm) but guess what they said “I can only remake it” cared nothing about the time and disgusting hair in my drink. It's hard to find good smoothie boba here in Rancho Cordova so as of right now, this is my favorite. I always get the Strawberry Coconut. It's very good, doesn't taste powdery. I have also tried the Strawberry Yogurt, which is also very good. Texture and taste is exactly like strawberry yogurt. My husband likes their Avocado shake.
