Five Below — Local services in Rancho Cordova

Every time I’ve gone I’ve had horrible experiences! I’ve been followed around multiple times like if I was gonna steal, I even had an employee follow me out the store. Another time I’ve had a worker run to self check out and scanned all the items for me to make sure I wasn’t gonna steal as well, the other day I was scanning my items in the card only scanner and then an employee rushed over and started telling me I was on the wrong scanner and to go to the cash scanner, assuming I didn’t have a card just because I look young. I just keep having bad experience with the employee....

The 1 star is for the store itself. The biggest issue I have is that some associates will follow you around the store or watch you like a hawk at checkout. This would be fine if they did it for all customers, which they don’t. This would even be okay if they offered to scan the items for us, but they don’t. If it wasn’t for my kids we would not shop here again, but we go here...

Figured I kill time before the bank opens since Five Below opens at 930.

Got here at 9:54 an employee is sitting outside waiting for another employee to arrive to open the doors. Opening employee pulls up in a silver Mercedes and says “ we’re not gonna be open for another 20 or so minutes , walks in and locks the doors “
