I had a party room reservation for my son's 11th birthday. I was told prior to the reservation that there was a 30 minute gap inbetween reservations to allow for staff to cleanup and to allow about 10 minutes prior for setup of any party stuff, which reservation is only for 1 and a half hours of party room time. My reservation was 2-3:30pm. You can take your own food, which was great. After all, the game cards are there money maker. The best package for game cards is the gold one, which is $33 for 160pts plus unlimited golf. However, upon arriving, which was right at 2pm, I was disappointed to see that the room was not cleaned. Furthermore, there was garbage left behind from the previous reservation. Not sure why they decided to leave it behind after you are clearly told when making the reservation that you are to throw garbage away in the can outside of the party room. I informed staff, and it took multiple requests to get it cleaned. I was not able to set out my party stuff until 2:20pm because of the garbage/cleanup delay. Then to add to my disappointment, 10 minutes before my reservation was up security arrived to ask us if we were going to be out timely at 3:30pm, with the shpill of needing to be out in time to be able to clean to avoid the domino effect. I ask why did that not happen prior to my arrival, cause had it happened I would have started 2pm sharp, but it wasn't the case. I couldn't believe it, and I had to further elaborate what had occurred and how I was not provided with the 1.5hrs that I had initially reserved for. Didn't want this to ruin the day so I simply got my stuff to pack it in my car. Then when we went to go play golf, we waited for about 15 minutes. A family was in front of us waiting to be helped on and when I asked they had been waiting longer. I had to walk back in to let them know assistance was needed at the "golf" window. Asides from that my kiddo and his friends enjoyed there time, we left cause it was very hot and got back in the evening to try and enjoy the rides before they closed. However, only one attendant bouncing between rides, which caused an extreme delay at the first ride (Rollercoaster) line that only meant there was no more time to ride any other. That too was disappointing. This place could be making a Huge amount of money if everything was handled the way that it should be for customers to...
