I was extremely disappointed when I visited the store. When I walked in I was not greeted , and not only was I not greeted but both sales associate looked at me and continued to gossip amongst themselves. I walked thru the store because I am a fashion lover and wanted to buy some new tops. Both sales associates came near me putting away then go back‘s and never once asked me if I needed help or if I was OK. And as I was leaving because why would I buy anything from somewhere they can’t even bother to say hello to they didn’t even say good bye. The clothes are cute but pricey which is fine with me because I love to spend money but I will not spend money where it’s not appreciated. Its very said when business owners don’t even care to find decent employees. This boutique won’t last long if they don’t get a serious kick in there...

Plus side is the store is cute, clothes are cute looking and the employees were super nice.

I don’t know what this store is trying to be. Higher end pricing but no fitting rooms, no refunds, and it’s literally SHEIN clothes. The clothes are cute and maybe if I was in a pinch I would buy something here, but even then idk. Not to bash a small business but it’s giving rip off. A literal SHEIN dress was $67. I saw a skirt here that I have that was purchased at Nordstrom rack for $15, the price here? $47!!!!

The prices needed to be cut in half...

This store is actually embarrassing . The way they treat customers is actually sad, The girl with the blonde hair was extremely rude to me after she tried to explain to me the store return policy that she never told me about when first purchasing the jeans and made me feel body conscious when she claimed that I fit into a size 5 jeans when they didn't even go up my thighs.Then come to find out from a close friend of mine she found the exact same pair of jeans for 20 dollars in the LA Fashion district. Definitely won't be shopping...
