We just celebrated my daughter’s 6th birthday party at this location on 12/22/2024. I must say the party was a lot to deal with when it came to checking in. The girls that were working the party check in were absolutely helpful when checking in and accommodating our needs from the start. The manager onsite that introduced himself as the manager was rude, unprofessional, and does NOT have any quality and skills when it comes to being a great support and example for his staff and the company. He came up to me and said our party was in party room 5 and I had asked him kindly, 7 times, to check with the computers and staff down stairs to confirm the corrections and updates that had been made with his staff because we had JUST CHECKED IN instead standing there not making any efforts to help and preferred the method of arguing with me on how he looked at a piece of paper showing we were in room 5 instead of 7. Room 7 was filled with gnats as well as every single trash can upstairs (MEANING MANAGEMENT HAS NOT BEEN CHECKING AND DOING THEIR JOB ON MAKING SURE EVERY SINGLE ROOM HAS BEEN THOROUGHLY SANITIZED AND DISINFECTED IN BETWEEN PARTIES) He showed very poor team member building and failing his staff on something as simple as TO implementing rules like taking the trash bins out AT LEAST AT THE BEGINNING OR END OF BUSINESS HOURS TO CLEAN THE TRASH BINS FOR PARTIES THAT ARE PAYING $500+ TO PREVENT HUNDREDS OF GNATS!!! HOW EMBARRASSING IT IS TO HAVE A PARTY WHERE YOU AND YOUR GUESTS ARE CONSTANTLY WAIVING THEIR HANDS TO KEEP GNATS AWAY FROM THEIR FOOD AND EVERYTHING ELSE! I was disappointed in the fact that the man that stated he was the manager came up to me about a room that he didn’t even know was updated information due to their faulty system, when he should’ve made sure his team was following protocol with things that should’ve been on point such as SWEEPING, MOPPING, TAKING OUT THE TRASH AND RINSING IT OUT… WHICH TAKES LESS THAN 20 MIN before a party because trust me when I say “THE TRASH BINS DO NOT!!!! AND I REPEAT DO NOT!!! GET CLEANED EVEN WEEKLY THERES SO MUCH GUNK AND BUILD UP AND GNATS THE STAFF WERE ALSO SAYING EWW” We had a party of 40 plus people which ALSO by the way, they’ll say if you book over the phone instead of in person, they don’t give you the correct information and quote for what you paid for which was one of the original issues we had because they tried to put us in a room that could only host 15 children. Not what we discussed and agreed to if you book over the phone according to them. The only good thing to point out from this was our helper LAYTH for trying his best to help and accommodate us as well as constantly apologizing for the gnats, the dirty trash bins and spills/build up of old food around the bins that took 3 staff members to come up and still didn’t change it properly, and the manager. Thank you again LAYTH!!! And the 2 girls that helped us check in at the party front desk!!! You guys rock and I’m hoping this review will force some sanitary and healthy team building representation on SkyZone as a business that should have been implemented by management and whoever has created the rules on how to and when to clean out the trash bins. It doesn’t give your guests confidence in the cleanliness of food handling as well as have any care for those that are choosing this place to celebrate a special day. I also see that there’s a history complaining on gnats as well as someone responding from this location to request a direct email about 2 weeks ago and yet NOTHING changed! GNATS ARE STILL THERE AND THEY DON’T CLEAN...

Never been to this location however booked a party for my son’s birthday on March 9th. Called a couple days ahead with some questions and added a couple jumpers to the party.
I Purchased the Mega package for my party
Friday called asking what attraction they have for children under 3yrs old. Lady I spoke to explained the toddler sections they have available. We also spoke about how to handle things upon arrival- check in process.
Saturday 1st issue-check in was soooooo chaotic. Finally got my party checked in waited about 45 minutes to get a cart to put food, gifts, party supplies on. Parties checked in after me received one right away. I had to speak with two employees and a manager when I finally was given a cart. 2nd issue-toddler section that was discussed the day prior was closed down and sectioned off. About an hour into the jump time. The section “opened” so everyone thought. NO!! Someone open the area and kids started playing it took about 45 mins until employees or managers were able to reclose the area off because it was a hazard and unsafe. 3rd issue- had a reserved area for my party and supposedly 15 before the 1 hour room reservation you are able to set up any decorations or things you brought. As we walked up to the room the party prior to me was still inside and didn’t leave until my hour started. 4th/5th issue- when everything was finally ready and my party was able to head up to the reserved area, my host explained she would have to pass out the food I brought because the food that I paid for in my party package wasn’t ready. Walking into the room The set up /pictures were nothing like the website showed. had to ask about the Party favors (skyzone waterbottle/stickers/VIP pass for jumpers) since they were nowhere to be found. About 30 mins in an employee walked into the room and placed a plastic bag on the floor turns out it was my party favors. 6th issue- 50 mins into the hour reserved room time I was told the food was going to get refunded because it wasn’t coming!!!! I was LIVID!!! No manager thought it would be professional enough to come explain the situation instead they had the host do it. The host was supposed to be dedicated for the full hour and she was gone almost the whole time trying to figure everything out.
End result-requested to speak to a manager, when we were appointed to one, another parent was going in on how much a disaster his party was. There were about 5 managers there that day however the hosts of the parties and this one manager seemed to be dealing with all the BS. I asked for a refund and agreed to pay for the lowest package as the kids did have a good time. However the experience was absolutely horrible and I was in such disbelief on how things were handled. The place was completely packed and I’m sure over capacity, however they continued to accept jumpers. The place is ran by a younger group, but I don’t feel you can entirely blame them as I truly feel this leads to improper training and not enough professional managers.
If you made it this far in my review I hope you have a better experience than I did and maybe plan for a party during the week or just another...
Read moreVisited this location for the first time. Purchased the Elite membership before going and booked our time slots as well as bought socks online- which charged us full price and not the discounted price with Elite even though we put our membership number in the promo code area. It only took off the jump price.
Lockers are available but cost $5.50 for less than 2 hours.
Upon arrival, the place was packed. The lobby, the play areas, the food area. Packed. The guy checking us in looked less than thrilled to have a job. He scans our code and asks if we want to upgrade to Elite, which I tell him we already have that. He ends up giving us a second pair of socks since it didn’t discount us online like it should have, so that was nice. We end up getting the wrong wristbands so had to go back and wait for those to be change out.
When we finally get to the play area, I realize it’s so small and with sooo many kids, it was impossible to enjoy it. We frequent Disney and are used to a lot of people, but this was insane. Kids were just messing around, running and kicking over other unsuspecting kids and staff just watched. Other bigger kids (teenagers) were trying to hog certain areas and still staff just watched and said nothing The staff looked like they hated their jobs.
We watched the small basketball area for about an hour or ongoing play. There were about 30 boys in there for a full hour and one male staff inside. When two girls went inside and started playing, then the male staff decided that it was time to tell the girls that it’s now a 4 on 4 game so they need to leave if they weren’t selected. Mind you, absolutely no organized game was being played the entire hour we watched and waited for an opportunity for the girls to enter because some kids were playing dodgeball and some basketball, and some just roughhousing in there with no Interruption from the male staff. Just suddenly when girls arrive, the staff member decides to start a “4 on 4” game. The girls were sad and left. I stayed back to watch this “game” only to find none of the other boys were told to leave and they all remained in there doing what they were doing before the girls arrived. I made a comment to two other females and they agreed it felt sexist.
I immediately cancelled the new Elite membership because it wasn’t worth the 35 minute drive here and when the 10 year olds complained it was boring and that they weren’t even allowed to play basketball, I was done. Such a...
