Had a horrible experience at this store, when I walked in to the store with my mom we were happy to look around and enjoy the store and an associate came up to us which I do want to mention she was a white female, she asked me and mom "Hi, are you guys looking for the sale section? It's in the back here, it looks like it would suit more of your needs." As she looked us up, up and down. Like we could not afford the expensive clothing. As a Hispanic woman who has worked hard in school and has climbed the corporate ladderI have never felt so discriminated and disrespected in my life. Not only did I have my coach bag with me but I also had several bags from Express and Zara. Yet she judged me based on the color of my skin that day when I was treating my mom with a shopping spree that day as if I couldn't afford anything there. Angie was quick to help me, she brought me the perfect outfits in my size and saved the day. I had been to several other stores and was about to give up hope on a perfect outfit for my job interview. I had zero help at other stores in Victoria Gardens, (express and macys to name a couple) additionally everything fit me so bad I was beginning to think I needed to hide under a rock. The minute I put on the slacks I immediately could tell the difference in quality and fit. The pencil skirt looks so cute and the blazers are amazingly flattering. The victoria gardens location is the reason I stopped shopping at WHBM stores, I walked inside the store at around 1:20pm there was no other customer except for me, there were two employees complaining about a customer that returns items all the time, which I think is extremely unprofessional, both of them were so busy complaining that neither of them bothered to acknowledge me, the only reason I gave this store one star is because as I was leaving the store another employee walked out of the back and started greeting and asking if me and another customer needed any help... for now I will continue to shop online and only step into this location if I have to...
