First I want share that I’ve been a loyal customer to the Victoria Gardens branch for many years. Miss Nadia have created an amazing experience for me everytime I step foot at the store and have spent over 10k as a customer. Never once had any issues at her branch because everyone have been so kind to me specially Miss Nadedja. But tonight was a different story. I walked in to the branch coming all the way from Riverside and brought in my Leo Diamond earring that was missing a screw which have been an issue before and trying to see if I can get it replaced. I approached the ladies that was at the counter I told them my issue and BRIANA (however she spells her name) asked me if I purchased the diamonds at Kay, i was taken back with that question already cause why would I go to Kay’s if I didn’t purchase this there and also I had shared that I’m one of Miss Nadia’s customer. She continued to ask if I had warranty and I said yes. But I just want to highlight this fact, the whole time she never looked at me with eye contact cause she was too busy watching her phone that was sitting infront of the store iPad. Which I thought was very unprofessional and rude! She continued to say that she can send them to get it fixed and I had replied to her that this happened before and Nadia have replaced the screw here at the store. The Briana lady said that they don’t carry screws at the store and I corrected her that yes you do because they’ve replaced it here before. The whole time she had a very condescending and sassy tone which I didn’t appreciate at all. When she finally stopped with the LIE she said well we don’t give the screws for free we have to charge you. At no point did I ask to get one for free I was just repeating the courtesy that was given to me before. Finally miss Summer spoke up and said I’ll see if I can find one for you. She was very kind and helpful. Then BRIANA uttered comment saying “that’s Nadia, she can do whatever she wants she the manager here!” I didn’t appreciate her saying that infront of a customer and bath mouthing your manager it’s very unethical and unprofessional! Finally Miss summer was able to help me, she replaced my screws and went above and beyond for a customer. She reminded me of how the true Victoria Gardens core sales team performs. Miss Summer values customers and I can appreciate that. So I left the store and not even 5 mins passed by Miss Bei called me from the store and asked me to come back cause she thought the issue wasn’t rectified. She recognized me from my past visit and wanted to help me out. I truly appreciate her too for going out of her way to make sure I was taken cared of. But I will be lying if I said I wasn’t disappointed with my visit today. I hope whoever is the DM of Kay’s for this district will give Briana a retrain in customer service and teach her that personal items such as cellphones shouldn’t be utilized in the work floor, it’s unprofessional! Read moreHi I went in today looking for a ring for myself and for my mother and there was a lady at the ring section I wish I would have asked her name because she was super rude with me and my mother when I asked her about the jewelry. She was like do you have someone who’s helping you and I mentioned Daisy she’s been very helpful but she’s at the necklace section but I’m interested more in rings and asked to see rings. The lady gave me a scoff and then when I told her I wanted a different size and how to go about it she was like “that’s all we got you can go online.” She didn’t even offer to look into it I had to ask her how to go about it since I was serious about the ring and not only was I going to buy one but two. She had a bad attitude and wouldn’t offer us anything else since I wanted to leave with 2 pieces of jewelry for me and my mother but she wouldn’t offer to show me anything else. Not sure if she was having a bad day working on Christmas Eve but that’s not my issue as a customer. I had to ask her would you look at another store I’d be more than willing to pick it up elsewhere and if not I’d like to order it online and had to ask her how long does it take ? She wouldn’t divulge or offer to look at any other stores. She really needs to retrained on customer service and how to treat people right. All we were looking into was buying 2 rings which I found online oh! And get this I had to ask her to add the rings to my favorite list so that way I can look it online she didn’t even offer to do that! And the only reason I know that is because I’m a returning customer and had an associate help me before buy a piece of jewelry at another store. What a shame I had to ask her to do her job 🙄which she could have easily offered that herself. But I really want to highlight 🌼 Daisy she was super helpful too bad I couldn’t find what I was looking for as far as necklace and had I found one I would of bought it from her because she was courteous, helpful, insightful, offered other pieces of jewelry and treated me and my family with respect and as people. Read moreMy husband bought me a multi-gem necklace about two years ago. At the time, I didn’t know there were earrings and a ring to go with it. When I was told by a sales rep for Kay Jewelers in Victorville, CA that I could purchase the set of earrings, I told her I couldn’t at that time. I thought I’d be able to purchase them later. Well, that wasn’t the case! Le Vian jewelry sells out and when pieces are sold out they do not make them anymore and I was not aware of that! I was super devastated and I thought I’d never get the multi-gem earrings! My husband would always go into every Kay Jewelers we came across and asked if they could find us the pair of earrings I had missed out on, and no one ever called us back. Well that wasn’t the case with Moriah from the Kay Jewelers at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga! My husband Jaime said to Moriah, “If you find those earrings, I will buy them from you!” Well, to my utmost surprise Moriah found them!! She reached out to the owner of Le Vian himself and less than two weeks from the time she called me, I walked out of Kay Jewelers with my set of multi-gem earrings!!!
