I purchased my KALEIDESCAPE STRATO V online from EPIC SYSTEMS on Sunday and was contacted Monday morning by Joe to verify the address my unit will be shipped to. While speaking with Joe, I was able to tell him how much I appreciated the no added tax which would have been about $240 dollars added onto an already expensive item. Joe asked me was I also aware of the additional $300 dollar movie purchasing credit just for purchasing the STRATO V; I said to him; no are you serious? On top of all of that I was able to purchase movies using my movie purchasing credit long before I received my unit. My Unit arrived safe and sound and after I got it installed. It was so worth it. My Home Theater sounds amazing. This is what was missing the whole time. Now its complete and I am satisfied. If anyone is planning to purchase the STRATO V UNIT. I definitely recommend EPIC SYSTEMS. You can't go wrong with these...

There is nothing better than meeting REAL people who both know and care about what they do. I purchased equipment from the box store for a home set up but the knowledge and installation support are as or more important than the equipment itself and Epic Tech was great. Equipment you’re going to utilize every day deserves to be installed with professionalism. At time of install I lacked the all important subwoofer yet Epic had an Episode D series that all I can say is woooow !!! Joe and the team in Randolph.... highly recommend and I also recommend the episode sub as when you add a quality sub will be happy you did ...
