My Aunt and I had a very long, hot, humid and busy day, and we really wanted to just go home. Instead, we stopped at Noe’s Jewelry in Raymore to have my Aunt’s watch resized because we had been wanting to do that for some time. My Aunt, 91 years old, uses a walker. As soon as an employee at Noe’s saw my Aunt coming toward the door, he went to the door and opened it up, and smiled brightly, while telling her to take her time. So thoughtful. Then we entered a “different world”, where everything looked and felt like a beautiful paradise. The chandeliers were gorgeous, the jewelry displays were filled with sparkling rings, bracelets, necklaces, and more, and the temperature inside the store was perfect, and each person working there was so polite. They showed us to some very comfortable chairs to sit in, and David came over and measured my Aunt’s very tiny wrist. David was such a true gentleman to my Aunt and myself. And David made some lovely conversation with my Aunt, about places she had lived in and some other of her happy memories. David fitted the watch perfectly also set it so the face always was on top of her watch, but it wasn’t so tight where it may leave a bruise on her tender skin. (I wouldn’t have ever thought of that, thank goodness for David). Noe’s also had a hologram which was so AMAZING. First time I have ever seen one in person! All of this, beauty and peace and loveliness, came with getting a watch resized for $15.00. Yes, that is right, FIFTEEN DOLLARS!!! Wow!!! I really recommend you go there!!! I had an amazing experience with Noe's, especially with of one of their associates named Kirah. Just to start off, I had been trying to make to the shop for some time but was unable due to my work schedule. It was probably a quarter to 5pm (When they close) when I called and asked if they could possibly wait until I could make it up there. She said she would & to just ring the door once I arrived. When I got there, I was greated with a smile and kindness. Not of irritance and a frown of having to stay late and wait on me. Kirah took me back to the area where they look at whatever jewelry you have & began to give me extremely great prices on some rings that I wanted to sell. I also had a big tangled mess of necklaces and bracelets that she patiently helped me untangle to see if there was anything that she could take. Once we did that, she quoted me on what she could buy and I was extremely surprised. It was far more than I thought I would get for it and was more than grateful to be receiving it. She had me sign a piece of paper, show my ID & then handed me the cash. I thanked her and then left with an enormous sense of relief that not only could I pay my rent, but that I didn't just give away my jewelry for nothing. I am going through an extremely rough time right now as I'm sure most people are given the economy and inflation. But Kirah and Noe's helped me when I had no where else to turn. Thank you so much. When you look down and the main diamond on your wedding ring is gone, I can not even begin to explain the devastation I felt. My first call was to my husband , my second call to Noe's Jewelry, all I can say is wow !!!Rocky answered and from the moment she did I felt better. She did not hesitate to help me feel like she was there to take care of me. I really admire the way she was able to calm me down in such a high stress situation I was beyond upset. Rocky is also the one two years ago that encouraged me to buy the insurance on my ring at a very low price. The insurance company told me to take my ring right up to the jewelry store even before the claim was done. My $6000.00 dollar ring was repaired with a new diamond for $100.00 deductible and back to me right away. The owner called me and my husband to check on us, Mike is amazing he event put a better stone in my ring than I had originally. They also did all the new paperwork and sent the new appraisal to the insurance company for me. I will not buy any of my jewelry anywhere else.
