This location is terrible. They are always so rude when my family comes here. The attitude of the employees here is that of inconvenience when we walk in the door. I am currently sitting here waiting with my family to order food. I would leave if this wasn't already our plan to eat here and my rewards weren't already activated.

When I walked in, I was immediately told, without any other sort of greeting or acknowledgement that it would be 15-20 minutes before anyone would even take my order (also heard that in the past). I can't believe that I actually miss the enthusiastic "Welcome to Firehouse" chant that used to be the standard here.

The employees are never trained at the computer, even today. When they ask their supervisor/manager for help they aren't treated kindly either.

We had a small issue when placing our order through the Firehouse Subs app and accidentally ordered two of the same sandwich. When we brought it back to the store, we were helped by Allie, and she completely turned our experience around.

I explained that my wife is pregnant and has been having some strong cravings, so getting the right sandwich really mattered. Allie was incredibly understanding and accommodating—she replaced the sandwich without hesitation, offered to steam the meat twice for us, and even asked if we’d like extra pickles. It was clear that she genuinely cared and wanted to make things right.

Watch out! Adding a veggie condiment to your sandwich is EXTRA! Want a Jalapeno, or olives or other toppings cost $.15 a piece! There is no warning about this. At the check out there is a rotating display with photo's of all the ADD ON'S available you may request. THERE IS NO PRICE LISTED ON IT. BUT THEY ARE $.15 a piece! Most fast foods like McDonalds, Burger King, Culvers, Subway, or Wendy's don't jack the price up for condiments. The food is good. Their food and salads are very good. But it is deceiving to not tell you when you order that veggies are EXTRA......We told them about this before (during COVID) but they still have NOT marked the price on the display...
