Kentucky fried Chicken has gone to kiosk ordering only which I'm not a fan of. I observed several older people having a lot of issues using the touchpad to order their food. They are used to paying with cash and one fella after not even seeing a cash register turned around and left muttering several unkind words toward the establishment. Are Mills did not come complete when served, and had to wait a considerable amount of time just for the additional items that were supposed to be included. The staff was more interested in taking care of the drive-thru then they were of the patrons inside the building. Our dinners were supposed to come with drinks but we were not given any cups and had to wait 5 to 10 minutes to get someone's attention just to bring us the cups to the counter. I think the staff needs to be retrained or have a manager on board that puts customer service first. So my suggestion if anyone wants Kentucky fried Chicken go through the drive-thru and look in your sack to make sure you got everything you ordered before you pull away otherwise you'll have to just go around do the drive-thru again. Read moreAfter getting to the store and finally being waited on went to the buffet there were two pieces for the 20 people in the restaurant and at least six people waiting in line all the time this varied from one to two pieces for the next hour I had to ask for chicken every single time had to wait on a plate every single time there were no spoons no Forks but plenty of knives no salt no cottage some kind of remnants of black pudding in one pan no Cottage cheese no potatoes no biscuits no grilled chicken no original recipe just two pieces of extra crispy finally gave up in disgust and started with this review too bad you don't pay for the meal afterwards well at least you're not expected to tip. When I corrected her she sighed grabbed it back from me and and said “okay well you said dr. Pepper not Pepsi” I replied “I’m sorry I ment Pepsi if I did.” She handed me my Pepsi and then gave me my food. I realized that I had forgotten to ask for no corn on my famous bowl so I leaned out my window and asked her “I’m so sorry, I forgot to ask for no corn is there anyway I could get this with out it?” She didn’t say anything and just sighed and glared at me like I was stupid until I finally said “please?” she then grabbed the bowl from me and said “can you tell us this next time maybe?” I replied “yes?” As she stomped back to grab me a new bowl.
