I really love ordering from this location! I always order carry out through the app and I love how the app tells you when the order is ready. The staff at this location is always friendly and always ask you if you need anything else. And the pizzas are always done right! Our favorites are the Spinach Alfredo (no tomatoes) Thin Crust and Six cheese or regular cheese thin crust with BBQ sauce! šŸ˜‰

Ordered the carry out special large 1-topping for $8! I got 2. It was around 11:30 am said it would be ready in 14-24 minutes arrived around the 20 minute mark and pizzas were ready! Both pizzas were still hot and delicious when I got home. Only complaint is that I only got 1 garlic butter sauce and I had 2 pizzas.

The manager is extremely unprofessional. I called because there was an issue with my delivery and the receipt for the pizza was placed INSIDE the box on top of my pizza before they ā€œsealed itā€. The manage told me I was wrong and that they would never do that and then hung up.

I'm disappointed tonight. I have been a huge fan of papa johns and order very regularly; especially being a mom of 3. Tonight we ordered 2 pizzas and some cheese sticks. Our email told us it would be a long wait and we were ok with that, its a Friday night. I didnt expect it to be almost 2 hours but when my driver showed up and my pizza wasnt even in a bag to keep it warm and my pizza boxes were not warm I knew this was going to be issues and I was right. I had to microwave my pizza it was so cold and the gluten free pizza for my daughter was over cooked and rock hard. Again I understand that they are overwhelmed with Pizzahut closed down right now but now is your time to shine not make your customers wish your competition...

How is this place even in business? Absolute hog slop for ā€œpizzaā€. Pretty sure they ran it through the dishwasher after they baked it. Gross, gross, gross.

I donā€™t even know why I try anymore?

Itā€™s kind of like knowing you will get trash for food but at least itā€™s the same old trash, except this time, itā€™s really indescribable how bad it was.

Of course we couldnā€™t eat it, and of course we had to go to Mod Pizza instead.

Also, tried to pay with a $100 bill for a $60 order. He said, ā€œnah, we canā€™t take hundreds at this locationā€. Ok so I get my wallet to pay with a card. As I am putting in my PIN number the guy next to me pays with a $100 bill. I crap you not, this...

Cold Pizza. Extremely disappointed. I had a coupon for a free medium pizza so I went ahead and ordered online for in-store pickup. I selected to be notified by text when my pizza was done. I was never texted (though I went back and verified that I put in my number right, and I did!) and when I went to check on my pizza in an hour after I had ordered, it was done and just sitting on the counter cold. If I had not already gotten the pizza free, you can bet that I would have been asking for the manager. I would not order from here again, unless I had another free pizza coupon. But if you order pickup you're better off waiting in the store than...
