Advance Auto Parts — Local services in Rayne

Was traveling home from New Orleans after Thanksgiving and we heard a thump, thump typical of a tire blowout. We were at the Rayne La. exit on I-10 West and pulled off to find the splash guard had become partially disconnected. Pulled into Advanced Auto Parts store #5775 in Rayne. They took a look crawled under our car and removed the splash guard and reporting some of the mounting screws appeared to have been stripped sometime recently possible during a oil change. Tried to pay them for their time, wouldn't take it. Asked if I could at least pay for their dinner, once again no.
