Walgreens — Local services in Rayne

Is one of the qualifications to be hired as a Walgreen cashier is that you have to have a negative attitude and be rude. This has to be one of the worst Walgreens. The automatic fill system for your prescription never works always having to call in my prescription to get it refilled and they asked me if they want it on automatic refill and I say yes every time but every month when my prescription is due I have to call it in or come in to have it refilled and the process goes over and ask me again if I want it on an automatic refill. The pharmacy has the worst group of people I’ve ever seen. They have no moral compass when it comes to helping patients get their meds. They just canceled or didn’t fill my scripts because and I quote “we didn’t think you could afford the $750 medicine so we didn’t fill it “ And never called to even tell me. My head is not understanding how they can be so rude and disrespectful on the phone and in person and yet no one is doing anything to fix it. Absolutely disgusting people.
