First of all Yary was amazing. She had very good customer service. I bought a vanity set with mirror and she gave a good price. I bought it on Saturday and it got delivered on Monday and I’m in Lebanon which isn’t that far but usually furniture places don’t deliver that fast. Her delivery guys were amazing. When they brought it upstairs to my place and opened it, it was the wrong vanity. The poor guys they had to repackage the vanity and carry it back down stairs. I called Yary and she apologized and said she make it right and send along a gift. Well they delivered the right one the next day and with a gift. The guys put everything together for me. I recommend this furniture store. They have a lot of nice stuff and a lot of bling that lights up. Thank you guys...

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. The lady who is supposed to greet potential clients, treats them based on their looks. So disrespectful and rude. Once you ask for the price, she answers in a “you can’t afford that” tone. That lady can barely speak English correctly, yet she finds a way to put down their own people. It’s a shame. My friend and I stopped by once after work. We were normally dressed not dirty, but we were not going to the Eiffel Tower to wear our best coats. Once we got in there, that lady was just rude and disrespectful. We tried to avoid her and act like it was only in our minds, but she was so rude that we left the place feeling horrible. I was there few years ago! Never had the opportunity to actually read the reviews! Until now that I'm looking for a New bedroom set for my brother! I was there once and actually helped me to get credit and once approved I went crazy buying and I was just stopping to look at the beautiful furniture they have there! I don't have any complaints on how I was treated or about the prices! The only thing I would like to see is peices on the furniture! 🤔 Like I said it's been few years since I was there, maybe new people working and or higher prices too!
