Reading Adult Outlet — Local services in Reading

I usually dont go in the adult store anymore because of rude service and the horrible smells along with it always seems physically dirty, but the other morning I was running late and needed cigarettes before I had to go to work so I stopped in around 530am and felt like I was in the twilight zone.... I was greeted by a man and woman who asked what they could get me and i was quite pleased, and the gentleman asked if i would like to buy a cup of coffee, that it was great coffee and his young female coworker had just made it, so I got a large coffee to go with my cigarettes and it was the best coffee I have had in a long time!!! They both wished me a great day and not to work to hard and I stated keep up the excellent work it looks cleaner, and smells better and thanks for the pleasant experience... I will definitely be...

I've been going to this shop minimum of 5 days a week for the last year and spoke a year ago about the cleanliness of this establishment and as of today I still stand by my last post. But whatever these guys are doing about the homeless out front and within I have to say is working. Over this past year the presence of the people hanging about panhandling has diminished to almost zero. The employees have been polite and helpful it's like they're demeanor has grown greater with the absence of the vagrants. I can only imagine what they must have dealt with. Anyway this is no longer the seedy wipe your shoes on the way out kind of store. If there was a contest for most improved business this one makes the top 3 if not...

Very unprofessional, I just called to ask if they could check if the have something in inventory and to check the price for me. I was going to purchase a lot for some gift bags. I explained I was coming form Lancaster and if he can please check for me, he said "no you have to come to the store." I said all the way from Lancaster just to check if you have what I need and he hung up on me. I never understood how people can be nasty and rude. I'm an essential worker and we are putting together fun little gift bags for other essential workers....
