Subway — Restaurant in Reading

They Arab lady had a whole fit because her cashier rang up my sandwiches and chips seperately. Point is we went there specifically for two Happy Gilmore cups, and because we had rather get our drinks in the Gilmore cups she began yelling at her cashier because he sold us two 6 inch sandwiches 2 doritos and 2 Gilmore cups. I will never go to this place again because she was so unprofessional yelling at her cashier in front of everyone. Poor customer service. N so what my meals were not full meals because they were missing the drinks, your promotion for the cups still drew me in and I ended up spending money on two sandwiches with skimpy meat. Today was my first time at this Subway after living in this town for a year (mostly because I'm not a sandwich person). I understand it was National Sandwich Day but the employee putting the veggies,condiments,and sauces was horrible.As I'm waiting in line I see her demeanor increasingly become annoyed and even a little hostile to customers.i was dreading my turn to get condiments and veggies and yea she was kinda rude. I must say that the two male employees really rectified the experience as they were great (cashier,and the staff on bread,cheese,and meat ). I will not return there again and neither will my fiancee and brother in law. Don't have a sale/special/advertising if you gonna be upset people are actually patronizing...

The Arab or Indian female employee has a attitude towards people of color I paid $30 for two foot long sandwiches I gave her a $50 bill and she kept looking at it feeling it like if she saying was it really real I took extreme offense to that like if people of color don’t have money I wanted to smack her I don’t deal with racism at all and on top of that she’s rude getting frustrated because I wanted two sandwiches the place stinks and it was dirty and the bread was extremely hard overall she mad me extremely mad and I will never return back to the store especially since the way she treated me a person of color...
