Those of us who traveled up to Red Lodge from Powell today to cook food, share clothing and non-perishable foods with a community in devastation, the owner of this business complained that we were blocking foot traffic to her store!! We had over $4,000 in donated money and goods to help serve this beautiful community and all she could worry about was foot traffic to her business?? Her selfishness didn't stop us or even slow us down!! To the owner, you need to kill the cold in your heart and learn to care about others!! Your behavior today was appalling!! This store is just absolutely adorable and has a great selection of quality stuff. The owner is goes WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND for her customers. My fiancé wanted a hat while in the store and opted to not get it so I decided that would make the perfect Valentine's Day gift except I lived in Billings and didn't know how I was going to get it without him knowing about it. So I called the shop and the employee went above and beyond for me and took a picture of the hat rack so I would find the correct hat and she saved it for me. While they might have nice products in this store, they apparently will try to get your money at any cost. My husband found a north face pullover that was originally $149. It was on a sale rack that said 50% off (underneath it said as marked) there was a yellow tag that said $111. But we figured they meant 50% off of original price. My husband bought this and another item. I walked back to the store to return item when we realized they charged $111. The lady looked at me like I ate poop for breakfast and said "up to 50% off" and she would not refund sale items. I looked on the sale rack again and it CLEARLY said 50% off.
