Under no circumstances should you let yourself fall into this trap!! You'll walk through the door, ready for a grocery store bearclaw and some stale coffee, but what you'll get instead is some amazing morsels that were obviously created in space with the single focus of getting you addicted! But these evil geniuses go a step above by offering some pretty awesome mocha too. No doubt the caffeine just helps the addictive nature of the pastries. My favorite are the figure 8 looking ones with the cream cheese filling and real fruit. It's an obvious lab creation because it's impossible for them to be so crispy on the outside and pillowy soft on the inside! The cream cheese filling is sweet....but not too sweet. This is fairy tale stuff people! But here it is! Downtown Red Lodge, pretending to be a pastries shop!.......OK, but really, I'm a fat guy and I know a magical place when I eat there. I have to go to the cake boss shop in Vegas to get anything close to this good. Try it...just...

I personally love the bakery here in town! What stands out to me is that the staff always seems to be in a great mood and they look so passionate about what they do. The overall charisma behind the counter makes the atmosphere that much more pleasant for me. Speaking of, the atmosphere is perfect for studying or just hanging out with friends. The food is amazing here too. I just love the butterhorns and the danishes, especially the raspberry ones. The drinks are pretty good too as they have some great lattes and teas. My favorite is the Italian soda. Overall, this is one of the best places to go in town for a pleasant, casual experience for both eating pastries and just spending time...

I mean is there anything Lauren brophey actually makes bad !? I've never had anything less than awesome here. This is the kind of place I imagine taking the whole family to for coffee and a relax casual bite to eat after a morning hike. from the super personable baristas to a wide variety of sweet & savory pastries and accompanying breads you cant go wrong I mean they even have sandwhiches !! Did I mention Lauren and her crew are very active in the red lodge community? I have Not a bad thing to say about them and neither will you, well except if you get there and everything is sold out because of how...
