We were looking for a queen mattress for our guest bedroom but needed to take possession the same day. We were shown a selection of mattresses available for immediate pick up but were not 100% convinced that they met our needs. The associate showed us a mattress that was better suited to our requirements but it was not available at his store. He checked to confirm that we could pick it up at the second store which was located about 3 miles away. He made the sale and we were more than happy to drive to the second store for pick up.
