Crumbl — Restaurant in Redding

I have been to this place a couple times usually they are pretty good, reason for me coming back. However, today when we got our cookies one of the chocolate chip cookies barely had any chocolate chips. When asked about it the girl said that sometimes the chocolate chips don’t get evenly distributed. She didn’t offer us a new cookie or anything. Just gave us an oh well kind of attitude. Then as we were walking out the young man working there rudely told my partner to have a good day loudly with many customers standing around. He stared my partner down and as we got to the door he gave my partner a see ya “f” off kind of salute!!

Update: so after posting my review the owner responds with a message to follow a link. I followed the link and it led to the corporate page that leads in circles but doesn’t actually get to this stores owner! This is a pain! I don’t feel like the owner actually cares. They show a good front for publicity and to make customers think they care but really they don’t! This seriously has me considering whether or not I should return to this store!!! At this point a don’t think I will and I will share my experience with anyone who asks....

The cookies are pretty good, mainly because there there is no competition. BUT, decent tasting cookies does not outweigh the fact that if you use their lovely and late delivery services, you can turn your little mistake of a purchase into something you now seriously regret because the purchase price has now doubled. And if you decide to make a second purchase, hopefully they get the giant total order of 6 cookies correct, because if you try to call them when you get home, to inform them of their, 5 wrong out of 6 cookies, they will do absolutely nothing to make things right. Even if they admit fault, as they did in my experience. As a matter of fact, they only reason I am giving this review, is to get 5 more points so I can get back the ridiculous mistakes they have made.

Update. So i used my crumbl points for two free cookies, and they were good. Finally this place lived up to the hype. That ultimate peanut butter cookie and the classic pink sugar cookie were just the best...

We went to crumble to get a dozen cookies. We ordered on the website. When we got there we couldn’t park in the pickup area because there was a big truck in both spaces. So we parked by the front door. The woman who brought out our cookies out was very rude. When she came up to the car she stated for future references we have designated parking. We tried to explain that there was a big truck taking up both parking areas. She just shoved the cookies in my window and I almost dropped them. She just smirked and walked away. This has happened the last few times we’ve went there. They have the worst customer service ever. We called and asked to talk to the manager they said sure. Then came back and said they’re not there. We left our number she was going to call back which they didn’t. We tried calling again and they said she busy she will try and call back. Yet here we are again no return call. We used to get cookies every two weeks now we haven’t in a long time because of the service...
