UPDATED ON 4/23/2022: I was there a couple of weeks ago to purchase some athletic shoes. While we weren’t greeted upon entering the store, the person who checked out was very friendly. Although the encounter was pleasant, I’m still leaving my rating as 3 stars for the overall experience.

Since I can’t add a new rating I’m changing my rating from 5 stars (last year or so) to 3. Your employees really are the face of the company. That hasn’t and won’t ever change. So today, I got 3 star service. No greeting when we came in, so actually it should be 2 stars. When it was time to check out, the clerk did not ask if we were ready to check out. We kind of just looked at each other and she nodded her head - calling me to her register I guess. We will not be returning to this store. Unfortunately the customer service here is honestly rude and will racial profile you. I was not aware that we had royalty working behind the counter. They refuse to return a pair of shoes. They were bought three days prior to my return to the store. The staff refused to return them stating that they know for a fact that we use the shoes with a firm affirmation as if they seen my sister and I at a Garden Party, or a Royal Ball. Supposed to have had shoes on sale up to 60% off. Couldn't found no shoes up to 60% off I did found a pair of shoes with 30% off.I have been a member of DSW shoes for about seven years which I have not received no discount within the last past 5 years.
