BBQ truck at the 1/8th Street food truck lot. Featuring BBQ meats (brisket and pulled pork), bowls, and sides. Not sure what to get the first time and tried a bowl with brisket, mac & cheese, and BBQ beans + a side of coleslaw! Really nice smoky flavor on the brisket, creamy mac, and a surprisingly tasty lime and cilantro in the coleslaw. They offer 2 sauces: sweet Southern red and a Carolina Gold yellow mustard/vinegar (especially good on pork). Also pickled onions and jalapeƱos available. What a wonderful first experience!

I had to take care of a few things in Redmond around lunchtime got a little hungry. Decided to stop at the lot. There had a couple of food carts gave this barbecue place to try order the pulled pork with beans. Turned out to be very, very good. the service was good friendly. The price was great. I canā€™t beat that deal anywhere. Itā€™s definitely up there with some of the best barbecue Iā€™ve had.

The food was great, customer service was great, 10 stars!

Located within 1/8 Street taphouse. You'd have to travel a long way to the southern US to find equivalent BBQ food. The best I've ever had brisket for sure. Excellent freshly smoked meats along with bountiful sides. Portions will please any appetite. Friendly service and fair prices. I drove from Bend just to visit this food truck.
