LA CHOZA LATIN CUISINE — Restaurant in Redmond

Food was very bland no flavor at all. Strange orange sauce to go along with tacos. The enchiladas had literally no sauce, just basically red DRY tortilla with a little tiny bit of cheese, if any and everything was out side of the enchilada. Who wants to put thier food together at the restaurant?? Sopes were served with unseason rice and a hill of beans no beans on the sope. Half of our party wait led for thier meals. I'm assuming they only have one cook in the back?? You can make better mexican food at home.* Not every item was available even though it was on the menu.* They weren't ready for those meals to be made apparently. Some items sold out as well. First and last time going. Our party grabbed food to go somewhere else. This place is not what everyone says it is. If you know real mexican food. For future customers please have enchilada sauce with your enchiladas. Beans on your sopes and salsa for chips and food. Be more attentive to your customers. I feel bad for the low rating when this is such a new restaurant but I also feel like they should be going above and beyond to make it the best experience for people and have them wanting to come back. We came in excited to try it out. It was dead in there and took so long for someone to come out to us. They came out and asked if we were ready…. Didn’t even ask to get us drinks first or ask if we had any questions about anything… once we asked a couple questions, they didn’t have the answer and kept running back and forth. Took awhile to get our food order in and once we did, half of our table got their food and it prob took 15 min before the others got their food. Nothing looked as pictured in the menu. Very bland as well. Overall just not a good experience. Wish them the best and hopefully they can up their game but definitely wasn’t impressed. The service was Iffy Took a While to Get Seated and to Get Our Order The workers where chatting More than Serving When Ordering there was Food Already Sold Out When Really They should Have enough for Being new Plus They had an Item On the Menu That Didnt say Anything on if about it being unavailable Because they haven’t Prepared It yet The Place In general was So dead quiet the decor is nice But the Chips and Salsa Were Not Very good The salsa tasted Like water and a pepper and a small Glass Container thats Too small to Dip a Chip In it They were slow with the Food Two Of my party got food and the other two waited Longer for there’s.
