This shop is great and has a huge selection of vape items. I bought a pack of batteries last week for my old school Kamry Robot V Mech Mod with atomizer and globe. (I've had this bad boy for the last 7 years and customized it for concentrates and LOVE IT!☺️) The only battery I've had for a couple years finally pooped out and since I live in Madras, this was the closest shop on Google maps I found. The guy that helped me was very cool and tried to help find what I needed. Unfortunately once I got halfway back home, I realized the batteries he sold were too big and not right. (It was my bad for not checking before I left because I got to talking to him for a lil bit.) So I just stopped back by today with the batteries and the same guy helped me out and was very helpful in getting me the correct ones without an issue. It was a very pleasant business interaction and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I like the products, but the last few times I went in there to get Kratom, there was a female employee who seemed annoyed that I came in to get the powder without calling first so they can measure it before I arrive. I explained that I don’t ever plan ahead to swing by there because I don’t normally think of it unless I am about to drive by after being out running errands. Also I asked her a question about the difference between the price and weight in grams of the powder vs capsules. She said she didn’t know, and that she wasn’t good at math. I then mentioned that the bitter taste of the powder was the reason I was wondering how much more expensive the capsules might be for what would get and she sarcastically said, “well I don’t know anything about that because I tend to stay away from addictive substances.” As she blew out her vape. I have shopped this store for a long time and not sure I will step foot in there again I was there yesterday with my older than 21 daughter and when we came in the red headed lady was on the phone with the fraud department from her personal bank the service was the worst I have ever experienced with horrible anxiety and not liking confrontation as she's talking on the phone and being belligerent with the person on the phone we could barely get customer service than the lady cause she wasn't concentrating on us and more on her phone call she couldn't remember if she gave us our stuff which she did not. Just horrible if someone comes in to your business the customer should be the #1 priority not a personal call that could be taken care of...
