El ChangoLeon Mexican food — Restaurant in Redmond

Ok, not sure if I was just super hungry, but I haven't had better food! I would go here over any sit-down restaurant any day. The outdoor food court was kinda cool also actually.

The food was exceptional. Like "Once Upon A Time In Mexico" exceptional (don't hurt anyone). Definitely a hidden secret in Redmond, Oregon. I had the chicken fajitas and I emphatically recommend. Everything was cooked perfectly, and hot when I went to eat it.

The service was also top notch. Very nice and helpful. Thank you for making my meal feel special.

I have already told 3 people about the food here, and if you're reading this, I hope you check them out. Such surprisingly good food from the festive...

I was shocked how good the food is at this awesome food truck! I'm really picky, and I had the best carne asada torta twice in town! Believe me I've tried them all! My husband had a chicken fajita that was amazing as well. Lots of food actually enough for a couple of days!! So yummy! Awesome family Atmosphere! The girls are sweethearts! The icing on the cake was the best almond croissants!! Yes!! Almond croissants!! Just the way I love them. A TON of frangipane (almond filling)... and just the right amount of croissant goodness! I highly recommend them it's worth great homemade Mexican cooking! Oh they do have cocoa flan...

Boyfriend and i decided to try out this cart tonight and GRUBBED. No words just eating and bobbing our heads with frequent “damn this is good” I ordered a carnitas quesadilla and upon opening my box had huge portions of sour cream, guacamole & pico, Quesadillas were DELICIOUS. Carnitas perfectly cooked and seasoned. Everything was so good, even stole bites of his Asada burrito which was also mouthwatering. Not often do i want to hop up and give a food review! This place definitely deserves it! ❤️ We also were given a sample of their almond butter croissant which i will definitely be ordering next...
