Great local treasure. Uncompromisingly terrific drinks- good selection, diverse options. Today had a personal favorite- golden milk, a turmeric laced delight. But wait, coffee you say… ya Tite Knot has coffee down to a delicious art, drinks are subtly flavorful. Quality coffee and just right amount of added flavor that enhances the coffee instead of overpowering - makes for a delightful experience. Pastries and treats are equally wonderful- flavorful, and satisfying. For instance, blueberry scone has actual blueberries - can you imagine?! Heck even the doggie treats look fresh and yummy. Wait in your car- wasting gas while looking at mind numbing tailpipes and tar? No need at Tite Knot the ample yard is quite lovely in all seasons, Birds chirp, evergreens easy on the eyes and peaceful throughout the winter and plenty of delightful flora in summer. Check this place out!!! The location is an absolute oasis in the heart of Redmond. The owners built this cool Grumman van into a coffee “food truck.” There’s a fire pit and benches as well as ample lawn seating protected from road noise. The owners know their coffee inside and out. They’re highly aware of flavor balances and how to truly CRAFT espresso. They provide excellently thought out recommendations based on the preferences you offer them. My wife and I aren’t big “sweet” coffee people (think Starbucks standard recipes,) and these folks knew exactly what to recommend and how to customize. I ordered a dark chocolate mocha with oat milk and my wife ordered the oregon hazelnut praline latte with an extra shot and breve for milk. Both drinks were crafted exquisitely with perfect shot timing and silky foam. You can tell these folks love what they do and are deeply passionate and invested in it! They’re incredibly engaging, lovely people, and they deserve your business and patronage! We will be back...

Tite Knot is AMAZING! I regularly get their blueberry lemon zest scone and a strawberry Italian soda and they are amazing! Especially the blueberry lemon zest stone. The pricing is this incredibly low for how amazing the food and drinks are! I once got their biscuits and gravy and it was also amazing. I've gone there with family and they agree that the food and drinks are absolutely amazing and the service is great! The baristas are very friendly and happy to customize drinks how you need them to be. The atmosphere is wonderful with the outdoor and indoor seating absolutely beautiful. The outdoor area is very kid-friendly with a small field to run around in, and tables set up around the little field. The indoor area is elegant, but also homey. There's comfortable seating And few enough tables that when it gets busy inside, it doesn't get too loud that it would overwhelm someone. Overall, I love Tite Knot.
