Lacy was very rough on my head, ripped through knots in my hair making more knots. She also cut off around 3 inches of hair when I asked for 1 inch. My bangs are extremely short and not a curtain bang at all. I only tipped 5 dollars because I am unhappy with my hair, and she had a LOOK on her face. The layers are uneven and way too short. Everything is jagged and uneven, I look ugly. I am unhappy with my service :(
Update: I called and spoke with the manager, Alisha. She offered to fix my hair and refund me, my hair looks much better and feels a lot better. My bangs are even and she made the cut not so blunt. She was apologetic but it's not her fault. I am very grateful for Alisha and offering to not only fix it but give me my money back. I am leaving my review rating low as I want people to be aware that Lacy did a very rushed, poor job and was really rough on my head and hair. Please ask for another stylist if you get paired with Lacy. In the 30ish minutes I was there, she had went through about 4 hair cuts whereas the rest of the staff had gone through 1 cut. I would rather wait an hour to have a decent hair cut than to be roughed up by the stylist, sent home with wet hair only to have to come back because when it dried you could see all the mistakes. Alisha was absolutely wonderful though, so was the staff that helped me at the front desk. Thank you for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible experience. Saw a woman named Lacey or Lacy. I have long, curly hair. Lacey proceeded to grab a fine-tooth comb and rip through my hair from the top to bottom, so much so that my head was pulled sideways. I could feel my hair getting broken. Then she proceeded to brush my hair with a fine brush, making it even worse. After 10 mins or so when I have had enough of this rough treatment, I told her she could put some product in my hair to stop this breakage. She responded stating that she is allergic to all hair products in the salon so she can't put anything in my hair. I asked why, upon seeing my hair when I walked in and seeing what kind of care it would need, she didn't ask a colleague of hers who was just standing there to work with me instead. She then said - "Why didn't you put any product in your hair last night when you knew you were getting a haircut today? Even with the product, your hair would break." How in the world was I supposed to know I was going to see a hairstylist allergic to hair products? My hair doesn't break when a smoothing product has been applied, I have lived with this hair for over 4 decades. She took a lot off and the hair cut is terrible. She damaged my hair by rough handling and a bad haircut (she took 2 inches off so this will be a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had a bad experience today for the first time in more than five years at this location. Laci, the hairdresser asked how much she should trim my hair, I responded ājust a little bitā she showed me about one inch between her fingers. I said it was ok. She did my undercut and then proceeded to the left side of my hair, so far pretty well although I felt it was a little shorter than what we had agreed, but I was ok about it. Then she proceeded with the right side and started to cut upper⦠and then a little bit upper⦠I noticed both sides were not even⦠when she finished I told her the sides were not even⦠she told me they were⦠I replied they were not. She said that she could trim a little more on the left side if I wanted to. Then I told her no. That I was not happy with the lenght she had gone to on the right side⦠What really made me angry was that she started to gaslight me: ā Iāve done this for 21 years and I can tell you the sides are even.ā āI asked you about the length and you were ok with itā āNo. The left side is not shorterā And on and on⦠Well the sides are not even. Hair grows, it does not matter. But I donāt like it when people cannot assume their...
