Starbucks — Restaurant in Kirkland

First of all... my drink was amazing as always. I went through the drive-thru and while I was waiting at the window being helped by Makayla I think, I noticed one employee being a little rude to a COUPLE employees :( I believe her name tag said MacKenna? or something like that. This is disheartening to see, what I assume to be, a lead...Glad I didn't sit down inside because McKenna was QUITE tense and that would not have been fun to just even sit around that vibe...for any customer I imagine. hopefully Starbucks can address this because she was not creating an environment for customers like me. I'm sure she's just stressed but customers can see that...

I've frequented this location for a few years now in order to get work done outside the home. There are definitely regulars and they are typically very friendly. This location also sometimes has a small town feel as people run into their neighbors and old friends and chat while waiting for their drinks. One star marked off because sometimes it's hard to find seating and they don't usually stick to their policy of only service animals being allowed, leaving patrons to have to speak...

Who knows why, but this Starbucks disappointed. We sat outside, but the table was so dirty, I had to get some serviettes and water and clean off the table. Once we were done I went inside to throw my cups in the trash, but the trash cans were overflowing. With the prices they charge for coffee, there is really no excuse for anything less than excellent service and environment in which to consume and hopefully enjoy, your premium...
