Cakes en Vogue — Restaurant in Redmond

So happy that Cakes en Vogue opened - and that we once again have a fabulous place for baked goods in Rose Hill👍🏼(especially as London Pastry had to close earlier this year :-(. Their bakery delights - cinnamon rolls, croissants, and scones - are just as scrumptious👌🏼!

I also appreciate the unique items with Indian influences - e.g. the delicious gulab jamun and ras malai cakes.

Recently, the Cakes en Vogue team really outdid themselves for my birthday - they made me a custom mango cake, complete with buttercream frosting and a delectable filling that had real chunks of mango🍰🌟 . Pic below. Everyone agreed it was the best birthday cake they had had in a while and I really appreciated the effort 🙏🏼!

This was my first experience with the store, I was very excited to try the rasmali and falooda but the lady at the front desk had no interest to help . She was more keen on moving on even though the store was completely empty , she also told us that the falooda would take 20 minutes when it only took 4 , I feel more than this just being quick service she wanted us to not order anymore and get done. The chicken pie was my son’s favorite more than other similar pies he had. The meat pie was his next favorite commenting on the quantity of meat and pointed out the nice addition of onions and carrots to the filling.
