Worst grocery store in Redmond and that really is saying something if you’ve ever been to the Walmart here.
I didn’t think it was possible for a place to be so rude to their customers. ESPECIALLY in the bakery department!!
This week at this exact location 2 bakery workers refused to make a gender reveal cake for a woman who was celebrating her new child on the way and when the woman asks why the cake she ordered wasn’t made the 2 bakery workers started screaming and cussing at her and TOLD HER THE GENDER OF HER BABY WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A SURPRISE CAKE FOR HER AND HER HUSBAND!!!!!
How EVIL do to have to be to ruin someone’s gender reveal just because you were too lazy to make a color surprise cake!?!? Then REFUSED to give the poor woman the corporate phone number (which is against the rules; if you work any type of retail you are obligated to give the corporate number when asked)
I sincerely hope this place shuts down with how awful everyone there is.
I can’t even imagine ruining someone’s gender reveal because you were too lazy to fill a cake with pink or blue icing!!! Shame on everyone involved in...
Read moreI’d give no stars but that option isn’t available. I’m disabled with a service dog. The moment I entered the store their security guard (3rd party but working there on their behalf) quite aggressively told me to get out of the store because my SD wasn’t wearing a vest something not required by Federal law. I explained that to him but again and again he told me to get out. It got pretty heated and able bodied people were allowed in. The security guard reached for something on his belt which terrified me. It ended up in quite a heated situation. I kept telling him and the cashier to back off because my dog was working but they wouldn’t listen and kept coming for me.I wouldn’t shop there again for anything!! I’m filing a Federal discrimination and civil rights complaint with the DOJ against him, a cashier (who joined in) and M&W market. I’m also suing the security guard for interfering with a working service dog, a class A misdemeanor in my state. DONT SHOP THERE, especially if you’re disabled. They obviously don’t want disabled people to shop in...
Read moreUpdate: I see a lot of people being pissed about the backpack thing. I'm here to say stfu. I worked there. People...not just kids...have sold thousands if not tens of thousands for stuff from there. I literally had to run after some adults (like my age...47) run out the store with 4 12 packs of beer. There is a reason for their policy. If it isn't reasonably enforced is one thing, but it is policy. It isn't just kids. And your negative 1 or 2 star reviews are bullshit
You guys simply make the best fried chicken in town. And I was so thankful the cashier reminded me to open the bag so it stays crisp. It was. And juicy. Just the best.
So why not 5? Prices. I know this isn't necessarily your fault either. I worked at Logans so I know these things are out of your hands because no one can compete with chain stores. It is the sad reality for the working class in this country.
That said, I still do a lot of shopping there. Was sad to see the change in the butcher, but you all have other great products to enjoy. Like the fried chicken. Spread the...
