The VERY WORST experience In Subway history, my family wanted subway for sum ODD reason, come to find out it was the worst EXPERIENCE ever. Order was placed online, our mistake was we had it clicked on the wrong store location, I called the correct one to inform them of the mistake and was told to call the store that the order went to. So I called and never had anyone answer ( Probably Busy) , so I drove 2 blocks down the road where I wanted it to go and told them of the situation..... again ... but In person this time. The kid there was nice and said ya no problem. He made the sandwiches, when cash out came he asked (The UN-manager) to correct it and she looked at me and said I told you to call the other store and correct it! I said I did try multiple times without any phone answer. She said well sorry but your gunna have to pay for it again. I said listen “ I know you’re a different store , probably different owners and inventory Too but you need to try calling them and manage this situation, because the information you told me, got know where and now what are we gunna do ?” ( The Management on 17th St & Highland won’t help you in my situation, but instead told the people behind me : GET COMPLIMENTARY food because they had to wait. Even tho I clearly said they could pay since the manager was leaving me Hi & Dry after I already purchased my Whole Family Dinner. She called the cops on me and I ended up paying for the Meal AGAIN!
SAD CAUSE ILL NEVER RETURN AND IM TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW HOW I WAS TREATED AFTER ALREADY BUYING EVERYTHING , TWICE NOW! SOCIAL MEDIA AND EVERYONE WILL HEAR ABOUT THIS FEMALE MANAGER ON 17th St IN REDMOND OREGON.

I need delivery service because I reside in a wheelchair and cannot physically get to their restaurants! After the delivery driver asked me twice for my delivery address and I gave it to him, I waited patiently for my sandwiches to appear! I was astounded to read that my sandwiches had been hand-delivered to me because I never received them and immediately called the subway restaurant, who failed to do anything for me and give me a refund of my money. I called DoorDash at the request of the subway restaurant, and they said I needed to talk to somebody at the subway not them!! Needless to say for the last five days, I have been kicked around like a ping-pong ball and have never ever received the refund for sandwiches that I had ordered and paid in full for!! I don’t know what to do at this Point, so I will just live with the fact that Subway restaurant owes me about $25!! On Saturday night I and two of my friends were going to order three Subway sandwiches to be delivered, for a cost of over $50! Read moreI've been here quite a few times and use to get very good service but since the pandemic and Biden bucks being handed out to everyone and their dog, it's horrible. The people working there do not take ANY pride in their work and look very sloppy and unkept and quite honestly it's embarrassing. We went yesterday and it was a complete chit show. We ordered ahead online and of course the sandwiches weren't made. It was a "mystery" as to why they didn't get the order. One gal looked like she had a hangover, another gal was extremely lazy and so short she could barely reach across the counter and put her shirt into our food as she reached for toppings.. The only person who looked half way interested in working was the drive thru girl but she wasn't making our sandwiches. Flies were everywhere including the cookie case. I don't ask for much but a clean restaurant and people who do a good job. But apparently that's asking for too much in 2021. I won't be back for awhile and hopefully these people will be replaced by then.
