Update 2 months later and it's still very watered down. Went back through the drive in since lobby was closed and they remade it. Took a sip before leaving the window and it was again watered down from not emptying the water fully from the milk pitchers after rinsing. The employee gave me a $4 card to use next time, no refund and it isn't enough to cover the price of the drink. I have since stopped going since the new coffee shop in town opened.
Lately my peppermint mocha has been tasting very watered down. Last week (3 visits) it was perfect but on Sunday I received a venti hot chocolate. I turned around and had them remake it but it was still very watered down, no peppermint flavor and very weak. Went in today and same thing. Gave it to my husband to try since he used to work at Starbucks back in the day and he thinks it has to do with their sanitizing station maybe not being rinsed out enough or too much water in the pitcher when they steam. This Starbucks is less than a mile from my house but I'll start going to the one across town instead. The employees here however are very nice and friendly, I just wish I would receive what I order. Read moreThey remodeled this Starbucks since the last time I came in. There is less seating than before and more counter space for pickups. The staff is friendly enough, but I was extremely disappointed with the service, especially since there were six people behind the counter. I ordered a venti blended drink. There was no one else waiting who ordered in-store. I stood there and watched several drive-thru orders go out and a delivery order being put together in the at least 14 minutes (from the time on my receipt) it took to get my drink. I thought the color looked a little strange. I dislike coffee, which had been added to my matcha frappuccino. I took a drink in my car and then went back in to have it remade. I asked for a quick drink of water to wash out the taste. That took four minutes, and my drink took another minute or two. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. As I said, the staff is friendly enough, but making someone stand there for a total of probably 20 minutes between making and remaking a drink is ridiculous. Read moreOn May 8th, I stopped by Starbucks on Rimrock and Hwy 26 (by McDonald's) in Redmond, OR to order some drinks. It was around 10:15 am, and I decided to take advantage of the convenient drive-through since I was ordering for 4 people. I was surprised that there were no cars in-front of me and I was able to order right away. They were friendly, polite and delivered the drinks quickly. When I returned to the office and handed out the individual orders, I realized that one of the orders was incorrect. I called the store to report the mistake and to my surprise, Dustin, the store Manager, offered to walk it over to our office (across the street).
