Yo Wild — Local services in Redmond

I normally love this yogurt shop, and have been coming here for the last 4 years as a local of beautiful Redmond, Oregon. I went tonight to bring my family for some dessert. When I can up to the doors 35 mins before closing time I noticed three teenagers sitting inside behind locked doors with the lights dimmed. I ask why they are closed and they claimed none one them worked there. One teen had a McDonald empolyee badge on. I was instantly concerned for them and ask them what’s going on. One teen told me they close at 9pm now and then refused to talk to me and kept their head down with their peers. As I turned to head back to my car a younger gal ran up who had an employee badge on. She told me they closed at 9. I asked “why her friends have been insides such a fine establishment 30 minutes after closing” No one would talk. I am worried for these children and would also like to know if yo wild does in fact close at 9pm? Or if this was a result of some sneaky teens up to no good, causing a liability for yo wild. The building present visually on the front door they close at 10pm. As a local resident I know in fact they do not close at 9pm. I took my kids to yo wild on March 19th 2024 at 7:49pm and spent $30. Upon walking in I noticed the young girl working was wearing very tight short spandex shorts and I was immediately disgusted but promised my kids a yummy treat so we proceeded inside. After we made our yogurt and walking up to the register the girl working was leaning against the counter on her phone and eating a sandwich. She approached the register, did not wash her hands and her mouth was full. After ringing us up, my family and I sat at a table to enjoy our yogurt. As we were sitting there I look up and see the girl working was scooping toppings out of the bins and into her hands and then standing there eating it where everyone can see her but she was trying to act sneaky as if no one knew what she was doing. I watched her serve toppings to herself twice and both times she cupped the spoon with her hand and then placed it back in the bin. Disgusting!! She even helped another customer after the first time she served herself and had the toppings in her hand and her mouth full. I tried to get a picture but she noticed it.

I have really enjoyed every visit that I have made to Yo Wild, they have a great selection of frozen yogurt /sorbet /vegan frozen yogurt, and lots of goodies and topping. The guy that is always there, is very friendly, fun, and easy to converse with. I am always satisfied with what I get for how much a pay, and the quality is always good and fresh. My kids love to visit, they all think it is super awesome that they can have frozen yogurt exactly how they want it, with what ever syrups, fruit, candies and nuts that they want. 10 out of 10 we...
