Went in to make an exchange of two items due to the wrong sizes. The two sales associates were on the process of finalizing the transaction when there was a snag with the (star rewards) system. I was informed I would have to pay $3.61 for the transaction which I disputed and their supervisor Clayton was called over to assist with the process. Right off you could tell Mr. Clayton’s attitude was if he was bothered from me questioning the return process. He became very rude while he acted like he really knew his stuff. I further asked him about the posted sale signs on the racks for which I had purchased the items and his response was I didn’t know what I was talking about. At that point I was immediately done with Mr. Clayton and his rude attitude which prompted his supervisor Ms. Saacha to come over and attempt to settle the dispute. As Ms. Saacha listened to my explanation of what was transpiring I could see Mr. Clayton walking off in disgust. To my amazement Ms. Saacha took care of the transaction without me having to drop $3.61 for a even exchange and confirmed my question about sale signs on the clothing racks. She was very helpful in bringing a resolution to my situation that was going south from Mr. Clayton’s involvement. This particular Macy’s store might want to model Ms. Saacha customer service attitude towards all the other associates and...
Read moreMy sister and I were just treated terribly at this location. We were chased inside our fitting rooms by a Macys employee by the name of Stephanie claiming she had to “clean” out the dressing rooms, we allowed her to do it and she still stood outside our dressing rooms while we changed, followed us out and treated us like criminals. This was a humiliating shopping experience. Even worse every item we were trying to purchase was placed in the wrong section and the cashier refused to honor the sales. $300 worth of items were tripled in price because the store was out of order and the sale section was in shambles. My whole family shops this location but I will never patronize them again. We were treated with blatant racism for just trying to enjoy shopping. Shame on you Macys for not training your employees to embrace diversity...
Read moreAlthough the Cosmetics department has a good variety of fragrances and Skin Care lines that other locations might not carry; yet the service is horrible, always short on staff, very unfriendly and they don't have any good customer service skills. too many fragrance vendors who want to Splash perfumes and it's very annoying. They need less vendors and more sales people who care about the customer I was about to purchase three items I ended up just leaving because no one have time to get a price check nor find me the products. A lot of their lines such as Clarence Estee Lauder and Shiseido don't have anybody to help out. Must have the testers are empty if you want to test it for yourself. They like hygienic disposables I was looking for one all over the counters I ended up...
