If it was possible, I would give no stars. We walked in and sat for an hour only for when we were finally about to be called, they made the announcement that they don’t have the capacity to take walk ins. Why not say that when we got there & then we were instructed to go online and complete a form and make an appointment after for a replacement social security & now it’s not working online because my cousin who recently moved here and changed his number is having difficulty confirming his identity because he has no access to the old number. It’s frustrating because that is why we went to the office in the first place, to avoid this unnecessary stress. The security guard was also judgemental, telling us we can’t bring weed in because we had sunglasses on like it was a hot day. we both didn’t even smell like weed or even smoke weed. I waited an average of 7 hours to resolve something simple. At first they call the number and then tell the customers to sit down and wait again. This doesn't make any sense, but I followed the flow, sat down again and NOBODY CALLED ME. Customers arrived and left and I sat there. After 4 hours of waiting to be called again, I got up and went to a counter to ask if there was something wrong because no one called me. A middle-aged woman with brown hair was EXTREMELY RUDE to me. She simply told me that I should come back the next day because the shift was already ending. I got another ticket and went to the end of the line. I arrived at 11:01am to find 5-6 people ahead of me and only two windows open. After 45 minutes of waiting, one of the windows closed even though there were then 8 people waiting to be helped.

I managed to speak one of the employees and asked if someone else at the office could open up to help those like me who had been waiting a long time. The answer I got was "no" and that nobody else would be available to open a window until 1:00pm.

I finally was called at 12:05 and was out the door at 12:08, 67 minutes after I arrived.
