Drove 5+ hours to get a small part for $15 that the Internet parts stores wanted between $250-$280 and the eBay criminals wanted double that. Found that part and many more. The staff, one at the desk and one working the yard, were friendly, helpful and big-hearted. The employee at the desk was running the check out stand, providing information to several different customers at the same time, and dealing with the phone (one) that never stopped ringing. They gave me a remarkable deal on the parts I bought. The 58 mile drive on OR38 was spectacular.
These people are not Amazon with all its customer support resources. If you didn't like the wait on the phone and/or you thought "Riverside Auto Parts, you are going to have to hold" was rude, you just don't know who you called. If you posted on here that you won't deal with them for that then you imposed instant Karma on yourself.
