Burger King — Restaurant in Reno

Last time we go to his burger king! This place has recently changed from mediocre to a nightmare! I was on the Blue Tooth with my wife while she tried to order! My wife wanted to use a gift card we had, and the "nice" employee asked what seemed to be the manager for help. He, the manager, came to the window and finished taking our order himself! He would not accept the gift card that we called on prior to ordering and it has a balance. He refused to use it! He refused coupons that they advertise with! Our order was WRONG after he got involved as my wife had to tell him twice "No Cheese". I cannot have lactose, making my meal worthless! Also, He would not take the earned points built up from several purchases there! This store has completely gone downhill recently! basically telling the customer what they can have rather than accepting Burger King's policies! I WILL NEVER GO BACK to this store and would have given a minus rating if it was possible! It is a shame that "HAVE IT YOUR WAY" has become this store's Manager "MY WAY OR NO WAY!!" And being stuck in the "Drive Thru" means exactly that, you're stuck and can't walk out! IM sure this manager or Person In Charge who did this will try to blame somebody else! But if anybody is interested in resolving these issues, He had a very distinct voice trait that cannot be hidden from, nor mistaken for, the original order taker! But I'm sure the corporate office could care less either! DO NOT GO THERE! MANY, MANY SIMILAR REVIEWS! Read them...

If there is ever a place to do the "Whammy Burger" scene from the movie "Falling Down," this place is it! Not going to ever eat here again except for the fries. Just got a whopper (low carb), no bun, lettuce wrap. NO SAUCE ON IT! HORRIBLE and plain. Low carb does NOT mean no sauce! UGH!! There is no ketchup, no mayo. Lady handed me the bag and shut the window asap. Didn't even offer me sauce for my taco, did not offer me ketchup or mayo packets. Did not put ANY sauce on my whopper. It is literally just a plate with a super thin plain patty, and surrounding the patty are some pickles, onion, lettuce, tomato and a few small lettuce pieces. They did not even give me lettuce leaves to wrap it with! They did not even bother to arrange the stuff properly on top of the whopper. IT is all off to the side. There is no cheese because they did not ask if I would like cheese with that. Patty is cool to the touch. I also asked for a whopper down, which means "fresh". "Down" is code word for making it fresh. The worker did not seem to know what that meant. Well, ten or twenty years ago, everyone knew what that meant. Value fries are good. Crispy taco was super super thin, barely anything in it, and tasted like it was made of wheat and not corn. Allergy alert, crispy tacos should all be made from...

I decided to go through the drive through because my son was asleep, so I pulled into the dive through and there was 1 car at the window and no one ordering. The woman taking the drive through order asked me to hold on a moment, so I did. Just about 5 minutes later I said hello and the woman who asked me to hold on a moment snapped that she'd be with me in minute and was extemely rude. Then another woman promptly asked what I'd like. I ordered and pulled to the window where I was greeted by a wonderful and cheerful man (the only good thing about my visit). He handed me my food and I pulled around to the front to check my food. I was missing my sandwich, the chicken fries I got were cold and gross, and the fries they had given me were disgusting as well! They were cold and gross too! I was going to go back through the drive through, but the car that was behind me was still at the speaker waiting to order and there were 3 other cars behind it. I haven't eaten at Burger King in a long time and this by far the worst experience...
