In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Reno

This place sucks!!!!! I have been eating at IN-N-OUT for many many years. No issues. Except this location. It's the closest one to our house. 1 in 10 times we go we have some sort of issue. Normal In -n -Outs are great. As I said maybe 30 years? We get burnt crunchy everything, inedable burgers (how do they do it?) the buns are messed up more than 1 in ten. And burnt Black and crunchy with burnt taste. They screw up our orders. On this Last Sunday we order 2 # 1's Animal style Burgers. And one #1 single with no cheese. And we order 3 fries and drinks.

We were getting late where we needed to meet up with a friend. We were going through the drive through. It is what it is on Drive though waits. We go down the road a bit.

Did we get what we ordered? Nope. Not at all. We got one animal style fry. Yes ONE! So we are missing at least two. I would have expected the right number of the wrong thing. NOT at this location. We got shorted.

We got home 20 miles round trip. I took one bite of the burger. The fact they screwed us out of money pissed me off. I threw it at the Garbage can. We had to go back down the hill anyway.

I said I was going by there, then getting my meal At Wendy's. I smashed the wrong Animal fries on the counter. I told them I am never coming into that location again. I mean it when I say that..NOT WORTH IT!!!!! And how much does it cost me to drive there? And they screw up?!

I had a collection of free meal cards from this location. From them screwing up. So once again they screwed up. They shorted us for items I did not get. Yet Paid for.

I have had crappy meals from this location I didn't complain about, because we were in a rush. I let it slide. No Freaking more. Not ripping me off again. There are ones around who are what I have come to expect from...

I have been to In-N-Out a few times but wow, this location has to be the best I have ever been to For one, the speedy service. I had about 7 to 9 people in front of me. I was at the register in 3 minutes. 3 MINUTES. I understand some people will get frustrated but when it comes to In-N-Out, you have to be patient because they have a ton of dine-in and window orders. This one is right off the highway which is very convenient.

At last, the quality of the food. Of course, the Double-Double was amazing as usual. Soft, juicy and so tasty. My mouth is watering as I can reminisce that moment. But...

The fries. Wow. Finally, a location that made them right! They were so hot, crispy and salty. I could see the employee in the background slicing those fresh potatoes. Such a beautiful sight. The taste of those In-N-Out fries is so unique, so special that no one will ever get near. Most of the In-N-Out's I have been to had stale fries or were undesirable. This location stepped up the game and I couldn't be more than happy.

My date took me here when he heard they don't have this franchise in the midwest, where I just moved from earlier this year. This place is super popular so we did do a bit of a wait for dinner (we went around 7:30 ish so dinnertime) but when we were able to get up to the drive thru (I want to say it took maybe 25 minutes) the customer service was off the charts! They apologized first for the wait, took our orders and sounded so friendly. The folks working the windows were fast with our payment and smiles all around, which was really pleasant. The food was phenomenal. The burgers are made fresh, thick, tender, and juicy; everything from the crispy bun to the condiments blended the flavors so well. Fries were hot and fresh and tasty too. I'm giving In-And-Out Burger in Reno 5 stars for delicious food and their amazing customer service. I fear I will become spoiled as this was one of the best burgers I've ever had.
