I have known Jeff for many years...he has done a number of services for me. On Jan 3rd...I had gone to his store to get an appraisal on a ring and I brought another ring in to see if he was interested in buying. I was hungry...grieving a huge loss of my precious mother...etc. In other words, I wasn't 'mindful' that day. As I left the store...I went to my car and noticed a flat tire. Yes...you guessed it...my mind left me completely. After waiting 2 1/2 hours for a tow truck or someone to fix tire...I noticed that I didn't have my box with the ring in it and other important documents. Harts Jewelers was already closed. I yelled, "I LEFT MY RING THERE!" I called Jeff the next morning at 7 am and left a vm. At 10 am...I called Jeff to ask if he had my ring and he said YES and that he had called/texted several times when I had left store, but no answer because he did not have my new number (FYI: if changing number...update your contacts/businesses). I picked up my ring/documents that morning and gave him and Kristie (jewelry sales rep) a huge hug! A lesson that I learned is that there are HONEST people in this world. Thank you Jeff and Kristie...

I wish I had a better review for a local business but unfortunately the service was the worst experience I've ever encountered. My husband and I went in for a simple resizing on a custom designed ring. The service was pricey but we had it done anyway. We experienced the most shockingly unprofessional and insulting service from Jeff himself during the pickup. Not only did he refuse to resize the ring to our requested size but he made rude comments throughout and he proceeded to insult the quality of my engagement ring as well as the jeweler whom designed it for us and whom we know personally. He even went as far as to claim that my diamond was not real (which I've had appraised more than once). We stood shocked at his hurtful words about a piece so special to us. Very unprofessional to insult your customers and other jewelers. Jeff was completely insulting and rude to paying customers and we will not...

DO NOT TAKE ANY RING REPAIRS HERE unless you want to leave HEART-BROKE!!! RUINED THE ORIGINAL LOOK of a very sentimental ring (my wedding ring). Lied about work done till I caught it...then offered a discount for shawty work, I had to return 3 more times only to leave heart-broke, just wanted away from these people. My ring used to sit up about a 1/4 inch above my finger and the diamond above that, now the gold has been "ground down" to less than half the height. At this point I am so pissed off and yet can't stop crying my ring is ruined. I have had this ring for over 30 years and have no budget for a new ring. Save Yourself the heartache they don't know how to do repairs! Not even a simple sizing where they left lumps saying it made the ring stronger.....No...
