I have never been treated so horribly by an acting store manger! Today on Sunday 9/18/2022 at noon regarding fine jewelry earrings. The backs to the earrings were not the correct backings. I asked the clerk if she can switch those pair for different one of the same brand. The sales clerk stated itâs store policy she could not. Even thou she agreed those backs didnât fit. I asked to speak to store manager. Her entire demeanor changed. She said oh no you can leave the store I am the manger for today. I was shocked! No one ever spoken to me in that manner if was very unprofessional of her to ask me to leave a store just to ask to speak with a store manger. Actually it was immature of her. I walked to customer service asked for the store manger. She informed me he wasnât in. I asked for his name and number? Or is there an acting supervisor here? Another acting store manger came to assist. Meanwhile the acting assistance manger who originally helped me came to the customer service desk. Sheâs making a scene I asked her to claim down and stop rolling her eyes. Itâs rude I said. That set her off and told me to leave. The second assistant manger informed she canât change the backs of the earrings. I said itâs ridiculous since your jewelry is leaving stores nationwide I donât know what the big deal is. It obvious those earring backs arenât the correct ones. This is for a gift and I would like backs to the studâs to fit. One is rusty and the other is too big. I asked the clerk at the customer service desk again for the store manger name and number so I can call tomorrow. The acting assistant manger refused and told the clerk Not to give that information out!! She again asked me to leave the store. I informed them both Iâm still shopping. I walked back to the jewelry counter to look at the other earrings as the store assistant mangers followed me. It was one embarrassing, and two made my blood pressure rise. I have been a loyal customer. This could have easily been taken care of in a more professional way. Most store manger work with the customer to resolve an issue not create an issue! It was very unprofessional of both of them. Not sure what the big deal is when itâs obviously the wrong back to the earrings and the assistant manger agreed. This young assistant manger definitely needs tracing and should be left alone in this position. I know itâs hard to fine good help but she definitely needs to be behind the scenes in your store not be put in a position thatâs sheâs not...
   Read moreI really wish Google would fix the star program and allow either no stars or negative stars... on Friday night at 8pm the dressing rooms are closed..yet the store doesn't close till 9pm (and this is helpful for customers). So, I had no choice but to buy 3 pairs of Levi's (over priced) only to have to return 2 pairs today on Saturday. I found some intimates I was going to purchase in place of the 2 jeans. I waited in a long line at customer service, and already explained I was returning the jeans for the bras. (The sales associate asks me if I am returning the bras?) I said no I am purchasing them. She tells me I have to go wait in the line on the front to purchase them. And then refunds my $105 back on my card. I said, why is that?" Because the line behind me is getting long.. "So, I have already waited in this Long line and you want me to go wait in another because this one is long?" Absolutely absurd! And the "supervisor" is next to her at the next register and doesn't say anything.. I told her to keep those other items. I will make an official comaint to corporate. I have shopped Kohl's for years.. the clothes are so awful like grown women need to wear ruffles and flowers that looks like grandma's 70s couch. Or pink pick nick table shorts! Associates walk by you and never ask if you need help finding anything.. this store is by far the worst Kohl's I have ever shopped at..and the whole middle of the floor is I guess up for remodel.. but there is no indication of that..it just looks like they were robbed or going out of business.. which the district manager should maybe consider.. before I leave ask the front associate for the corporates info.. she went to retrieve it and says to ke " I'm sorry you are having a bad day." UH? I'm not having a bad day..your co-worker had your company loose a sale and a customer! Lol people do not waste your time and hard earned money...
   Read moreThe cashier was nothing but rude, I had concerns about using my Kohl's cash and my coupons as being a new Kohl's card member she was bothered by me asking her a question how to use it eventually she said well just put in your phone number so I put in my phone number it took 40% off she says well unless you had an email you won't have any colts cash although my app said I had $15 Kohl's cash and $13 and change of Kohl's rewards she said well you can't use them you can use them next time I said but they're going to expire today she said well you can go back to customer service and turn everything back in I could cancel this transaction and you could just go back to customer service and change it all back I said thank you very much and left the building first time actually second time I had this problem with the cashier at this store dissatisfied was trying to do my Christmas shopping so I just left I'll shop elsewhere where I'll be treated...
