Joe makes this bar something that punches far above its weight! I can't believe that I found a place in Reno that is good by San Francisco standards for cocktails. I spent a wonderful evening just pushing Joe to make something better (please keep in mind this is something you can only do with an excellent, exceptional, and truly masterful bar tender). I offered very limited guidance and kept pushing for more. Joe kept making cocktails more finely honed to my palette until I couldn't ask for anything specific. Each result was innovative, different, and truly amazing. Finally, I just asked him to make me something, and he made me something completely different and still excellent.

For people who don't know, this is a rare experience. Many bar tenders are too used to just taking direction to be creative, and even fewer are willing to just go out on a limb for you. Joe is both creative and accomplished/brave enough to try some thing new on the fly. It's fantastic. He made me 2 bourbon drinks, 2 mezcal drinks, and a completely different bourbon drink. All drinks were ordered on fairly vague to completely vague instructions.

It's been years since I was truly in awe of a bartender. What else can I say? I don't know you but, you will not be...

No reason it should take 5 minutes to be approached for a drink order. I asked for a seat outside and was sat at a dirty table, other ppls rings of liquid were dried on. I had to ask her to wipe it down. Place has potential, drink 1 was great, the 2nd a fail. Pooldrinks my first time there were really weak too but I'm sure u do that to keep ppl from puking...

Lexi is the BEST wish we could have her every time. I feel we get great service every time from everyone. Great live music, beautiful venue. Agree with someone else that Jules needs to go. I dk how anyone in a management position is so rude especially when you are literally complementing her staff. Instead of just saying thank you she says...
