Warhammer — Local services in Reno

Upon entering the store the employee did not even acknowledge my existence and seemed preoccupied with his phone instead of customer service. When I went to the register to check out he seemed irritated that I interrupted him. Also constantly closing store early due to a little bit of snow on the ground. I miss Elijah at this store, he was always friendly and greeted every customer as they came in and actually appreciated their business instead of viewing them as a burden. Go to comic kingdom in Reno instead of here for your Warhammer needs. They have a better selection at comic kingdom and you get 10% off all games workshop products, plus they treat you like a customer...

Incredibly clean store. Very well stocked. The owner and operator is incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. We come up from Sacramento to gamble in Reno, but visiting this Warhammer store has become a ritual every time we visit.

For those that don’t like the opening times, almost every store has one employee that is also the owner and operator. This is 99% of Warhammer stores. Haven't been able to visit this store in however many years because for some reason the hours changed or they're just always closed as a rule.

I bought a tank here and even stopped in some times to watch people play cause it was a nice enough place, but it has never been open when im around and now seeing the hours posted on his facebook, i'm not sure how this store still exists as it does not have hours that actually cater to a customer base.
