The sandwich's they make are fantastic. Choice of several meats, cheeses, and bread and lots of condiments too. Made to order right in front of you. The amount and size of meat slices overwhelms the bread. It is piled high and hangs off all sides of the sandwich bread. So good. The price they charge is a lot less than nearby sandwich shops which are mostly bread with some sandwich fixings.

I also like their deep fried chicken. The pieces are huge with lots of crispy batter. They are lower priced than nearby chicken places for sure. I am on a low salt diet and the batter is a little salty for me. But I cheat once in awhile and get the chicken (don't tell my doctor) because I enjoy it so much. One thing I observed is they care about cooking the chicken to the correct temperature. They use one of those insta-temp thermometers and will not serve it until correct temp even if people, like me, are waiting for it. That's a very good thing!

Deli is fantastic! Has a little area to sit and eat and drink inside the store. I really like coming to this store. Large selection of just about everything. Also has gasoline pumps with good prices. Cigarettes are a bit pricey though. Lots of parking. Pleasant employees. Very clean, tidy store. Have gotten more winning scratch tickets from this store than any other store I've purchased them at. I've been a pretty regular patron of the Hop In for almost longer than I can remember anymore, essentially my entire lifetime. Been goin there since way before it got it's beautification makeover consisting of a new building + gas station, back when it was in the next lot over & Chuck's donuts was really a small house that had been converted into a bakery!
