My daughter and I are being treated by Dr. Jack Hou at Sound Orthodontics. I came to him to correct my smile after almost two years of being treated unsuccessfully with my dentist. I needed to straighten my front teeth. My dentist was unable to help so she sent me to Dr Hou for his professional opinion and expertise. It was an easy fix once he looked at my teeth. After about less than 1 year of invisalign, i have beautiful straight teeth. The facility has high tech equipment which made every process fast and effective. From x-rays to molding, takes a fraction of the time the traditional equipment would take. The staffs are amazing. They are friendly and knowledgeable. We never have to wait long for any appointments, always on time. Sarah, the receptionist is friendly and very flexible when scheduling our appointments. Tina and Bridgett are the ones that usually helped me with x-rays and molding, switching out trays and educating me on the best ways to take care of my teeth. Holy Moly ~ Where to start! The front office was friendly and efficient and what a GORGEOUS waiting area that we waited NO TIME IN. Instantly whisked away into the magical land of Drs. Hou! Hannah was impeccable in chit chatting and building rapport with my little girl. Dr. Kourtne was epic in asking her FIRST "Hey Ella what do you think of your smile, or what would you like to change?" and making the appointment about HER - which is sooo important and needed in our young ones. Its not always about mom and dad but about the one in the chair! So kudos to you Dr. K! She also created a conservative treatment plan in a jiffy and even offered same day impressions for the retainer my little lady needed! I cannot wait to go back nor can Ella.
